LANNet Computing Associates Subscriber Services

The services are a chargeable service with fees based on transaction volume subject to a minimum periodic charge. Subscribers using these services agree that they shall pay such fees and charges as advised to them by LANNet for access to these services.

Subscribers shall make payment for all fees and charges for access to the services as such fees and charges shall fall due. Subscribers also agree that LANNet may suspend access, at their sole discretion and without prior notice, to the services should payment become overdue and that such access may remain suspended until all overdue fees and charges are paid in full. LANNet shall have sole discretion in this matter.

LANNet shall only raise fees or charges where subscribers have accessed the services within a charging period. Where no access has been made within a charging period then no fees or charges shall be raised.

LANNet agree that they shall make all reasonable efforts to ensure the availability and integrity of the services. However, LANNet make no guarantee or warranty as to the availability or integrity of the services. LANNet also accepts no liability for any loss or damage, including consequential or incidental loss or damage, resulting from the use of the services of from the lack of access to the services, including suspension of access to the services. LANNet make no guarantee or warranty as to the accuracy or integrity of any data provided as a result of accessing the services, and accept no liability for any loss or damage, including consequential or incidental loss or damage, resulting from the any inaccuracy or lack of integrity of any data provided as a result of accessing the services.

Subscribers agree that access to the services shall be for their personal or organisational purposes only and that they shall not provide access to these services to other parties without the prior consent of LANNet. Any such consent shall be at the sole discretion of LANNet.

Subscribers are provided with a personal or organisational identity code with which to access the services. They are also required to use an access password to confirm that identity code. It shall be the sole responsibility of the subscriber to ensure the security of both codes, especially of the access password. LANNet shall be entitled to assume that all access to the services under the subscriber's identity code has been achieved by use of the associated access password and with the full authority and knowledge of the subscriber, and further that the subscriber shall be liable in full for any fees and charges resulting from such access, and shall be fully responsible for any data input to the services in connection with such access. Subscribers are strongly encouraged to change their access passwords regularly.

Copyright in all forms, layouts and data shall remain with LANNet unless such copyright shall be explicitly ascribed to other parties.
